I have a question please,I was diagnosed with cancer it was the most terrifying time of my life,I had a couple surgeries and chemotherapy and so far my cancer is in remission.It was a long road but with gods help and many nights of prayers I'm still here.My question is during part of one of the surgeries the cut the tube that supplies seamen to my penis so I can still orgasm but not much comes out.Do you think that would be a big turn off for most men ? I so worried about it that i just can't engage in sex again.Thank you for any advise you may offer and if possible please be nice it's hard enough talking about ❤️
