29 M - pissing crystals. tests came back inconclusive. any ideas?

Age: 29

Sex: male

Symptoms: crystals in my pee

Tests done: standard test for kidney stones or diabetes. came back negative. they said it's just mineral and it's normal? it's been like 3 months if not more. they can sting a bit and are annoying.

I also struggle with chronic sinusitis and started recently fluconazole.

I used to drink alcohol more regularly but stopped it's been more than 1 month.

The crystals are worrying me and I'd like to resolve this issue.
