Anxious about Cervical Artery Dissection

Health

I’m a 22 year old female with a shit ton of medical issues and I’m terrified of tearing an artery in my neck. When I woke up today, I hurt my neck upon sitting up from laying on my side. It doesn’t hurt bad, the pain comes and goes. I feel fatigued and weak (I have autoimmune diseases and POTS so that could be a possibility as to why). For more background, I’ve survived a hemorrhagic stroke and cardiogenic shock after a botched surgery, so you can guess why I’m so anxious about it happening. I’m not afraid of death itself seeing as I felt my heart stop and it’s not really scary but what I am afraid of is not getting help in time. If anyone knows medical stuff in that area, please reassure me.
