Scared i’m dying

I don’t know what to do. I’m having such a hard time keeping down food. I haven’t been able to eat much and i’m 5’3 and 72 pounds. I’m scared i’m going to die. I can barely walk because I feel so weak. What do I do? I eat small amounts like for lunch i had a soy yogurt and a mini rxbar. But then threw up 3 hours later. I just don’t know what to do. 🥺🥺 any advice? Should I go to the hospital? I’m not sure what they could do for me though.
