Should I get a refund for my Lenovo LOQ-e?
I’ve recently bought a Lenovo LOQ-e (i5-12450HX, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, RTX 3050), but I’m already regretting my decision, since I’ve been seeing lots of people complaining about a dead motherboard after a few months and battery drain issues (even when plugged in)…
Honestly, I’m frightened. I’m buying a new laptop after my old one died after a power outage and it fried my motherboard, but it was 4 years old. Never failed me and it was probably gonna survive for 4 years more.
Now, this LOQ-e was expensive, and since it was an emergency purchase, I wasted all my economies and needed to get money from somewhere else just to buy it. I’m scared I’ll need to buy a new one after a few months.
TL;DR: I’m anxious about the battery drain and motherboard issues.
Should I get a refund before it’s too late?
