Been annoyed with my hair my whole life, I'd like to find a way to make the curls work for me but I haven't been able to find any method that helps.

  
At the moment, I wash it every day with Native strengthening shampoo and moisturizing conditioner. Yes, I know you aren't supposed to wash every day but after trying to wash it every other day for a couple years it just made my hair absurdly greasy with no noticeably positive change to my hair.

  
After a shower I gently dab it with a towel, blow dry it for 2 minutes or so, and fluff it up a little my running my fingers through the front, up above the forehead and forward.

  
After it fully dries it's extremely light, to the point where moving at anything above a brisk walk makes it go crazy and stay that way, which is really not ideal as I usually bike to work. I recently tried using a bottle of Not Your Mother's Curl Talk leave-in conditioner, but it only seemed to make the curls clump \*less\*, leaving me with even stringier, thinner looking hair. I'm not a bit fan of most hair gels either because I strongly dislike that "crunchy" feeling a lot of them leave you with.

  
If anyone has any ideas, I'd be more than happy to hear them. I feel like I'm finally close to making my hair look good, I just don't know what I'm missing.

Very light, frizzy hair. Any ideas to improve the curls and reduce the frizz?
