Advice re: receptivity with endometriosis
Brains trust — looking for advice on boosting uterine receptivity with stage 3 endometriosis.
4 blastocysts are being frozen today (grades: 5AB, 5BB, 3AA, 3BB). Two more are still developing, so we may have additional embryos tomorrow. No genetic testing was done.
I had endometriosis confirmed via laparoscopy in 2019 (stage 3, excised). I haven’t had another lap since, but I was recently diagnosed with endometritis and am currently waiting on biopsy results following treatment with 3 x antibiotics.
I’m worried about transferring an embryo into a potentially hostile environment, especially since there’s also some elevated killer cell activity.
For those who had previously diagnosed endometriosis, did you undergo another laparoscopy before your embryo transfer?
Did you do anything else to reduce inflammation or address killer cell activity before transfer?
