Is this Biostar motherboard terrible?

I'm building a PC and so far i have the ryzen 5 5600 an RTX 2080ti and a 750w psu. A motherboard that has popped up for a very good used price is the Biostar B550. I know it only has 2 slots of ram and one NVME slot, but for the price i don't mind those compromises, other than that is there anything i should know about this mb or if it's not worth picking up even for a good price?
