At what temperature should I keep my faucets running?

We bought our house in Wisconsin in March, so didn't really deal with the winter or concerns around the pipes. I grew up in Virginia and lived in apartments before now, so this is new to me. My house was built in 1947.

Is it a thing where I should just keep some faucets running all winter long? Or is it only if it dips to like the negatives?
