Anyone with heart issues & a pacemaker?

I've just started Zepbound and was approved due to my OSA. I've been digging into research and just read results of the Summit Study. Results were promising to help with heart issues like I have. I've had a pacemaker for 3 years because my heart muscle had gotten so weak - I even have a built in defibrillator - thankfully haven't given it an opportunity to be activated. Just wondering if anyone else has a pacemaker and how your doctor is monitoring things.
