I wish breastfeeding was less messy

I’m almost 5 months post partum and I’m still wearing nursing pads. Still sleeping in a bra. Everything is covered in milk all the time because I have a strong let down and my baby loves to pop off and let the spray go everywhere.

I barely pump so I shouldn’t have much of an oversupply, although I suspect I do a bit. I just wish this wasn’t all so messy!!!
