Sims constantly feeling flirty from decor

I have played two households, both in the mystical neighborhood in Innisgreen and have always been flirty from environment. I turned off build objects having an effects on sims, but right now I am battling autonomy on over my household all dating each other.

Is this a glitch, environment in this neighborhood, or are the Enchanted by Nature objects inherently romantic decor?
