Application confusion

Hi guys, I applied and interviewed for this position in electrical at Lowe’s. On Wednesday (it’s now Sunday 18:46pm) on workday the application says “Hired” in “red” under the inactive status. I’ve done the Drug test and background and figured an oral test should be back by now. Does it mean like I was hired and everything’s okay and they just have to set up orientation or does it mean I didn’t get it? For that I’m confused! Thanks guys!
