How to talk to someone other than the most unhelpful AI chatbot ever?

I fill out a support form for literally anything, and I don't get an email from Roblox Support, rather it makes me talk to an AI chatbot that doesn't help at all. Does anyone know how to talk to a human at Roblox Support?
