3 and 4th Round Interview

Hi all, I received a call from a recruiter saying the initial conversation I had with the director went well and I was moving to the Leadership and Team Interview panel. Each are 30 mins but I have the leadership one first. I’m surprised I’m being invited to both usually it’s one after the other but I’m not complaining. Does anyone have advice as to what both could be like. It’s for a IT security role.
