Did Ebay / Canada Post just discontinue the tracked small packages option?

I was shipping small items for a while, less that 200 grams, small sized boxes, within Canada for $6-$8. But all of a sudden today, I don't have that option for an item I sold to Ontario. Did Canada post end this service? Can't find any information on it. If they did, most of the items on my store are dead, I just sell small old toys, and nobody's gonna pay $12 on top for a $5 toy.
