Sex hurts now?

We had sex twice in the first trimester, both earlier on before I started feeling like crap. I’m 15w now and feel way better and my libido is coming back, but we tried the other day and it hurt so bad. It was like going so long without made me become super tight? I don’t know. But we basically couldn’t even get it in and had to give up.

Now I’m terrified for 2 things:

1. Having sex again is giving me massive anxiety which I know is going to make the problem worse.
2. A child has to come out of there???
