How much should my 401k be at age 32?

Hello,

I’m trying to figure out what my 401k should be, like a rough ballpark range. I read online it should be one year of my salary, but I’ve been pumping mine with the highest contributions but I only work part time. I also didn’t start my 401k till my second year at the company so I lost my first year of potential earnings. I’m also learning how to check my company’s stocks and for the time being they’re doing well, but I know that can fluctuate as well. My 401k is only 3.5 years old and I have over my PT salary, but I’m kinda wondering If I’m doing well with it. Since I’m pretty sure those estimates are based of FT incomes.
