FC 26 SLOW MOTION LAG

When i fucking play fc 26 in my fucking dell precision 5530 i play the frist 5 mins of the game without any problem but suddenly the game starts moving slow motion.

what have i tried.

i lowered the game settings to the lowest settings possible

my gpu and all my drivers are updated

i tried balanced and high and ultimate and also max power plans

i did the best settings in the nvidia control panel

i tried it turning off low latency mode off and ultra

i tried Vsync off and Vsync on

i put the gpu prefrence to the fc 26.exe flie to high performance (nvidia quardo p1000)

i tried to optimze for windowed screen

my controller is wireless

i disabled all the useless services in my pc

i turned every background app off

i tried disabling the xbox game bar recorder thing

i reinstalled EAAntiCheat

i vertfied the games files

i got a new copy of windows

im sure that my laptop can run the game smoothly cuz last year when i had fc 25, the game was working really fine and it suddnely started slow mo lagging

also gta 5 and fortnite and any heavy games started lagging at the same time

i used alot of antiviruses scans and it told me that it doesnt deteced anything.

does any one have solutions to my problem
