Which GPU for a decent upgrade?

Hello, i have a AMD RX580 8GB it serves me good but i want to upgrade to something newer and ofc better.

For what i have seen the Intel ARC B580 sounds good but im reading too many complaints about a lot of issues... My budget is around 250-270€ I was also looking on the RTX5060 which is a little out of reach for me..

I mostly do photo editing (Lightroom classic, Photoshop), some video editing (Premiere pro) and some lighter gaming aswell (Dota 2, FS25,..) but i would like to play BF6 and Arc Raiders if i upgrade my GPU.

Can anyone help me what GPU i should get?
