Need help to see if this character concept works.

So i'm not in a campaign right now , but I had this idea for character It would be in the fifth edition setting of rules and the idea I had was A pack of the genie warlock at 16 levels, and either a way of the drunken master monk at 6 levels, or a way of astral self monk at 6 levels. Thematicly, I like the idea of both, but I don't know which one would work mechanically, my idea would be if it's a drunken master monk that a flask would be the genie bottle, and if I use the astral south monk, that my astral self would actually just be the genie. Main stats would be CHA and DEX and definitely dump stats would be STR and INT. Race would be human with background either being noble or outlander. Main weapon I feel would be scimitar and Main feats I'd like to use is eldrich evocation, grappler, magic intimate, slasher, defensive duelist and tough (not all in that order). If anyone with more experience and understanding can tell me if thus is a good combo please let me know. I have no plans on actually using this but just thought it would be fun to theory craft.
