Recently purchased Gigabyte Windforce OC 8GB 2070 Super - Running hot? 83c

I purchased a 2070 super a couple of days back and it works great. Latest drivers installed. Decided to take it for a test run and when it's getting up there in terms of usage it seems a little warm for me. I'm seeing information online about this card being good for 85-89c but 83c seems a little close to me. Thinking about doing a re-paste. Looks like the backplate has never been removed, but we all know you can just put fresh stickers on.

NOTE: It isn't throttling although when these fans are at 100% it sounds like Heathrow Airport is on my desk. When I ran 3DMark Time Spy, Fire Strike & Nomad, all results were top 15% for my setup without any overclocking.

Is it worth it? If so, which paste should I use? There seems to be high recommendations for a few types but then I find a reddit post about them and people have had bad experiences.
