Want to initiate a dialogue with my (25M) ex gf (22F) via a letter

So she broke up with me about 2 months ago because I was becoming distant, not planning dates, and to be honest I just wasn’t fun for her to be around and I deserved to be dumped, after we initially broke up she said that I could fix things and that she just needed some time but since then I’ve been ignored over text completely and it’s driving me insane, I know that her actions say she doesn’t want to talk but this is my last ditch effort, so I’m wondering if it’s appropriate or romantic to drop a letter off at her place or if I should wait longer. So should I take the hint or keep trying to fight for who I consider the love of my life ?
