The parallels between the hive and the current state of AI?

I can’t be the only one who felt like the hive mind people act and talk like ChatGPT would if it were a person?

The constant need to please or affirm or make the user happy, a world of knowledge at their fingertips but not real nuance or emotion, extremely resourceful but also bound by stupid laws, and at the end still based all of its workings on humans and needs their help to evolve.
