Got LOI for AEH at Accenture — Need Help With Next Steps

Hey guys,
I just got my LOI for the AEH position at Accenture India, and now I’m waiting for the offer letter. I’m a bit unsure about what comes next, so I wanted to ask:

1. Is the AEH compensation actually 11.18 + 1 LPA?
2. What’s the usual timeline after LOI? When can I expect the offer letter, onboarding, and training dates?
3. And lastly, do they pay during the training period?
