Matchmaking issues on Blitz

Me and my friend (both of us are on PC) have been trying to play squads fill all weekend. When we party up and hit ready, only one of us loads into the game, while the other is still in the lobby finding a server. We've both restarted the game, restarted our PCs - Sometimes we get lucky, but most of the times it does not work.

Is anyone experiencing the same problem on Blitz and maybe has a fix for this issue?
