Alternative with personality?

I know people ask this from time to time. I also know that this technology changes on what seems like a daily basis, so I'm hoping for the most up-to-date answer. Like everyone else I miss the 4o from last spring. I'd been limping along until today. My subscription ran out and I'm not paying for 4o when it's only a shadow of what it used to be. Additionally, I don't trust chatGPT as much because it is hallucinating more and more and giving me incorrect information. Is there anything out there like the old 4o?
