Raven Sims Monmouth Manufacturing build

Hi! I got a request to share the houses I built for my Raven Boy sims :)

The exterior of Monmouth Manufacturing, with the BMW visible in the parking lot (there are no functional cars in TS4, I faked it)

The parking lot, with a fire pit and the BMW and the Pig. And Gansey randomly dancing around the (unlit) fire pit with no music, because Sims.

The first floor of Monmouth is unfinished, so I filled it up with debris and refuse from its industrial past (and to block the doors, so your sims can't get in here and get stuck)

Gansey's desk area on the second floor (which is really more of a mezzanine, because I wanted the mess on the first floor to be somewhat visible, and I imagine this is where the middle management would've worked, overseeing laborers downstairs). (Adam is using the computer, because no Sim has ever respected another Sim's computer privacy in their lives).

Gansey's bed and the miniature Henrietta, played by several dollhouses and some toy cars, plus a few sized-down runner rugs! Your sims can still walk through this area, that was important to me. The boxes and paints under the stairs are meant to be his supplies for future building :)

Upstairs we have Ronan's room, with some dream items (the rock lamp thing by the dresser), some mess, and Chainsaw. He's also the kind of boy, I think, who \"decorates\" with empty bottles. The records wall art feels too high-effort for him, but maybe Blue made it.

Noahs' room. Single bed, Aglionby flag, no clutter.

Noah's room is meant to be kind of nondescript but I didn't want it to look TOO sad.

The common area, with a kitchenette and living area for the boys on the third floor (There's a full kitchen downstairs). I also put a Murphy bed in the corner by the stairs, for Adam, since he doesn't technically live here, but I wasn't able to fit more spare rooms like there were in the book for Malory to stay in. Noah is watching TV static. Normal ghost activities. Also, fun fact, because I put the Get To Work detective corkboard in the corner down at the right, anytime I have one of the guys click on the computer they can access police files?? Very framing Greenmantle in Blue Lily, Lily Blue of them, tbh.
