I think I just wrote the equation that decides when a universe becomes real. Quantum Hylomorphism.

Awhile ago, I started trying to figure out consciousness.
I kept going backward: consciousness → life → matter → the Big Bang → reality itself.
The whole time I had this stubborn idea that everything has to come from a binary, which lead me to the original binary: possibility vs impossibility.

After many months of writing, refining, and a lot of help from ChatGPT, Grok 4 (xAI) and Claude, , it ended up as this single equation:

R = Σ · Φ(Π, I, C, P, E) · ∂S_mod/∂Φ

In plain English:
A patch of the quantum multiverse becomes a real, classical, time-flowing universe with observers only when these eight things all become large at the same time.

  • Π = raw quantum possibility
  • C = the physical “no” that carves out what’s allowed
  • E = entanglement (literally builds spacetime)
  • Φ = decoherence + integration
  • I = stable records
  • P = probability weighting
  • ∂S_mod/∂Φ = emergent time itself
  • Σ = the initial asymmetry that gives time an arrow

If any one of them drops, reality collapses back into timeless foam.

The equation explains (in one line) the Big Bang, the arrow of time, black-hole interiors, dark energy, dark matter, the measurement problem, and when consciousness appears — all as different cases of the same condition.

I’m putting it out there today, December 2025, exactly as it is.

Full 38-page paper with derivations, code, and three falsifiable predictions (2026–2029) is ready.
I’ll post it on arXiv later today or tomorrow once I finish the upload.

For now, here’s the equation and the one-sentence summary that started everything:

“The interplay between possibility (Π) and impossibility (C) determines the probability that any given configuration of fields and geometries can ever produce a stable, high-R region of experienced classical reality.”

Tear it apart, improve it, laugh at it, whatever — it’s yours now.
