Need advice: Replace 3 monitors with a really big curved ultra-wide
I currently have 3 external displays, from left to right:
* Acer GN246HL (1920x1080 stereo) - slack
* LG 34UM88C-P (21:9 ultrawide) - primary display
* LG 27UK850-W 4K - web/YouTube
They are all a bit obsolete now and I'd like to replace them with a single, super wide display.
I'm a software developer, and I usually have my screens segregated with Slack on the left screen, IDE/gaming on the middle one, and web/YouTube on the right display. I spend most of my time on a Mac in XCode, but will occasionally switch to a PC for gaming on the UW.
I'm eyeing the Samsung 57" Odyssey Neo G9.
Will I be able to slice up the display for my productivity work?
Will the mini-LED be "better" than my current, almost ten-year-old LG IPS ultrawide?
I game on NVIDIA RTX - will the lack of G-SYNC be a big deal?
Should I wait for some inevitable 57" OLED Ultrawide?
