Do you tell your clients when you're out of commission?

Had a nasty stomach bug this weekend and basically had 0 energy [it felt like I was dying] I delayed a small fix for a client without telling them because I was completely destroyed. When I felt a bit better I let them know, they were super understanding and told me to take the weekend to rest.

Curious to know if you tell clients when you’re out of commission, or just push through? And if you do tell them, are they usually chill about it?
