Have Fumarate, would like to try Intranasal. Dosage per spray?

Looking to make a 5-MeO-DMT Fumarate nasal spray. Not looking for a micro-dose experience, so was wondering how much one one tolerate without it burning too bad? What would the recommended amount be if I'm looking to make a solution of 10ml distilled water and it's a metered pump of 0.1ml per spray to get a full experience from this molecule?
