Concentrated Dose instead of 2 pumps.

Even when applying just one pump via syringe right before bed, I still experienced tolerable, yet unpleasant "leakage."

I recently increased my dose to 2 pumps and things are back to being intolerable. I reached out to support to inquire if concentrating the dose instead of increasing the amount of cream is an option and was told no, it's not "customizable."

Since everyone who increases their dose does so in the same amount, I don't see how this is considered customized. I don't know if reps from the company comment here, but hopefully they monitor and will take this complaint into consideration.

Applying twice daily is also not a solution, the inconvenience and added expense of purchasing twice as many syringes shouldn't be passed on to the consumer. In fact, the product should be available in pre-filled syringes already since it is by far a superior method of application.

If this isn't resolved, I doubt I will continue to use the product. I simply cannot walk around all day with damp underwear, or be forced to change them multiple times every single day.
