Profile: ● Based in China (Shenzhen, Dongguan, or Guangzhou preferred) ● Native Chinese speaker - fluent Mandarin ● Deep knowledge of Chinese market and business culture ● Experience sourcing high-tech/electronics products ● Knowledge of components: NFC, electronics, plastic injection, magnets ● Established network with DIRECT factories (NO traders) ● Able to physically visit factories

Your Responsibilities

Sourcing: ● Find the right factories according to our specifications ● Negotiate direct factory prices (we know market prices) ● Obtain samples for validation ● No middlemen - direct access to manufacturers

Advice & Expertise: ● Advise us on best practices ● Alert us to potential risks ● Suggest solutions we haven't considered ● Share your market knowledge

Quality Control: ● Physical factory visits mandatory (photos/videos required) ● Rigorous quality inspections ● Verification before shipment

Logistics: ● Coordinate production ● Handle export and shipping ● Delivery according to our deadlines

Confidentiality: ● Strict NDA ● Production may be separated between multiple factories ● Total project protection

Compensation

● Fixed amount per order generated (to negotiate based on volume) ● We will scale MASSIVELY - we grow, you earn more ● Increasing volumes: 100 units → 1,000 → 10,000+ ● Beneficial for you AND us long term ● Predictable and growing income ● We grow together - mutual trust relationship
