is there a way to import a skin made in PMC into Blockbench?

I'm trying to take some screenshots of a skin i made, but PMC gives it these weird stray pixels, and all the other sites ive tried either make the skin way too dark, or are just low quality. I've been messing around in blockbench for an hour and managed to import the texture but it doesnt seem to let me convert it to an actual skin, if i could get some help from someone who actually knows what they're doing i'd appreciate it lol
