death anxiety

please help. im tired of thinking of death 24/7. i link everything to death. if my cats cuddle with me, i just link it to the fact that i might be dying soon thats why theyre acting all lovey dovey. i suddenly pause and get a surge of adrenaline thinking that my heart will stop RN. im on medication for my anxiety and panic. seroxat, lamictal and seroquel. please help with anything. any tips.
