Apps crashes while fast forwarding

I bought a Mqled start using it a couple of days ago.

When i fast forward certain apps like disney+ it just freezes and then i cant open netflix for instance. Happens to other apps also while fast forwarding.

I have hade an native crash also.

Any one else with that problem and could you fix it? Thinking of a return tomorrow....
