septum ball won’t go in after 5 hours

I’ve tried my usual (only ever had to remove it twice) which is latex gloves, I tried a blu tak trick, it just won’t go in, I got it in twice during the 5 hours and when I went to tighten it, it fell out both times. (Yes I was twisting the correct way) My nose is red raw as I’m not exaggerating the 5 hours. My back is in severe pain and my nose and I’ve had many mental breakdowns. Please can anyone offer any advice that doesn’t require going to a piercer as I cannot get to mine as too far away and I rely on family for travel.

I had to remove it due to getting an MRI.
