Red Dead 3 idea

You play as Lyle Morgan and Hosea Matthews sometime before the events of RDR2. These will be 2 seperate storylines that eventually meet near the end of the game.

In Hosea's storyline, he and Dutch build the gang(there will be time skips of multiple years, because the gang took a long time to build), adopting Arthur and going on that bank robbery with him(the one you can find in Arthur's tent in RDR2). I don't think this storyline should include the blackwater massacre, because a) you need an epilogue that is open world and unique(so if the massacre is included, that means the game goes onto Colter, which is just RDR2) and b) i just think the blackwater massacre is much better kept a mystery.

In Lyle's storyline you are a criminal, maybe with a gang that Arthur doesn't know about(or maybe finds out about at some point). It ends with Lyle getting hung for larceny(grand).

The intersection of the storylines happens at Lyle's death. Arthur mentioned that he saw him die, so maybe Hosea got a bit mixed up with Lyle and then went with Arthur to watch him hang, and from then on, you play as Arthur and Hosea?

A lot of the real problems in making this are annoying, such as the fact that the actors of RDR2 are getting older, and so to sound younger would be even more strenous or impossible(especially of Curzon Dobell, actor of Hosea in RDR2(no offense to the wonderful man)).
