Transmission fluid question

I have a 2007 Tundra with 180k. Bought 5 years ago with 150k on it. Transmission is shifting perfectly. The fluid has never been changed, and Toyota says it's "lifetime." But I heard that’s marketing bs.

I know the conventional wisdom is to change it around 60k, but I’m worried about disturbing the system this late.

Should I risk a drain and fill now, or just leave it alone?
