We need to be able to create lobbys

It is a modern trend to have matching making algorithms make lobby, where players queue into them from the match maker. I believe it is better to have custom lobbies where players can self seperate from each other based on skill, game rules, and mode. This would also allow players to join modes that are more popular, and give the game more of a community beyond the discord, as many player don't seem to want to join.
