Student Mass 7:00PM?

My husband is a grad student at U of A and I am alumni. We typically go to mass at the basilica, but we had a few appointments and missed it. He mentioned that he heard of a mass at 7:00pm. Just wondering if it’s welcome for anyone, including not current students? Is it a typical mass or just a small student gathering?
