How To Adjust Z Offset?

Ive adjusted my z offset several times and it doesnt seem to be doing anything. Got this ender3v2 with probe on fb marketplace so it levels itself, Idk much about how the probe works but Im assuming thats whats keeping anything from changing?

Bottom line, trying to make my nozzle print closer to the build plate but all my adjustments arent making it any closer. How do I adjust this?
