Best cheap pcs mainly for boomer shooters

I have an Xbox rn and I honestly don’t see myself using them as my next console after my current one and I think I should finally get a pc, problem is, 1. I don’t know anything at all about pcs, 2. I’m broke. Does anybody have any recommendations on pcs or pc brands/websites where I can find something cheap to run these games on? (mostly boomer shooters and maybe Hotline Miami or something)
