Fine 2C–3A curls, oily roots + frizzy halo, which leave-in should I buy?

Help!

Hi everyone, I’m trying to buy a new leave-in conditioner and I’m stuck between a few options I have

MY HAIR TYPE • 2C–3A curls • Fine strands, medium density • High porosity • Oily roots + dry/frizzy ends • Puffy halo frizz • Curls shrink upward instead of falling down • Lose definition fast unless I fully re-wet my hair

MY GOAL

Curls that look more like soft, defined A-type curls, clumped, controlled, falling downward, and lasting more than a few hours without puffing up.

MY CURRENT ROUTINE • Shampoo: Kérastase Bain Divalent • Conditioner: Kérastase Fondant Fluidealiste • Mask: Kérastase Curl Manifesto (1×/week) • Curl cream: Moroccanoil Curl Defining Cream • Hold: Moroccanoil Curl Control Mousse • Finisher: Kérastase Oleo-Relax (ends only)

***Which leave-in actually works for you? • Curlsmith Weightless Air Dry Cream • Briogeo Curl Charisma Leave-In • Giovanni Direct Leave-In • Ouidad Moisture Lock Leave-In • Something else completely?

If you have any other product suggestions for fine high porosity 2C to 3A curls with oily roots and frizz, whether shampoo, mask, curl cream, gel, or serum, I would love to hear those too.
