Insomnia - MH and Physical

Is it possible to have insomnia connected as a secondary to MH AND separately for physical issues like back pain or other service connected injuries?

I am aware insomnia is built into a MH rating to avoid pyramiding, but what if you suffer insomnia from both mental and physical factors?
