Why is there no dragon cannon spec?

For being the best in slot for cannons there really isnt much seperating it from its rune counter part, no spec even?

I thought a spec like the dark bow spec could be interesting, basically just a double shot, and recolor the dragon heads to be red to match.

Would make way more sense and would maje ship combat slightly more engaging high levels. Something needs to get changed though, whats ur guy's thoughts?
