Mods coming to console soon?

Basically what it says in the title. I really tried to enjoy the game, but it feels like my character builds are always wrong, so I’m hoping mods come to console soon so I can up the skill points by one. Maybe one that also gives you more perk points as well, like 1.5 points every two levels instead of 1

Does anyone know if anything has been said about mods?
