My hallucinations are back

So I made a post a few days ago about lowering my meds and how I was doing surprisingly doing better. Well that didn’t last very long. The shadow people are back and the voices sound demonic and evil. I try not to talk to them but it’s becoming harder and harder to ignore. My Dr appointment is tomorrow but I don’t see how a med adjustment is going to stop me from snowballing so fast into psychosis like I normally do.
