Kodama of the east tree reads "Whenever another permanent you control enters, if it wasn’t put onto the battlefield with this ability, you may put a permanent card with equal or lesser mana value from your hand onto the battlefield"

Ramunap excavator lets you play lands from the graveyard.

If I play a fetch land, evolving wilds for example, when I crack it and fetch the land will the fetched land cause a Kodama trigger letting me replay the evolving wilds from yard because of ramunap and fetch all basics from my deck?
